Job description: Terraces of Los Gatos has been named one of the Best Nursing Homes of 2021-2022 by U.S. News and World Report!Our Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) actively incorporate our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” You would develop an awareness of residents’ interests and needs, and assist residents to maximize their independence and participation by providing exemplary care to residents ranging from basic needs to activities of daily living, to recreational activities. You would help create a safe environment in which to provide resident care.This is a full-time AM position with benefits. 4 days on/2 days off rotating schedule – 7:00am -3:00pm (7.5 hour shift)Pay range: $23.00 – $28.00/hr. an hour. Depending on experience.To be successful in the role, you would have:
- Certified Nursing Assistant certificate or currently enrolled in the program
- Prior CNA or caregiving experience preferred
- New grads are welcome!
