Qualifications and requirements
Applicants are required to have graduated from an accredited nursing school and current state LVN license. Additional requirements include:

• Basic Life Support certification required.
• LVN IV certification completion within 90 days of hire.
• Dysrhythmia certification within six months of hire.
• Successful completion of arrhythmia course within six months of hire.
