Requirements:
- Current and valid Texas (or compact state) LVN/LPN (Licensed Vocational Nurse) license required
- Minimum 1+ years of behavioral health experience as an LVN/LPN (Licensed Vocational Nurse) within the last 2 years, no exceptions
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association is required
