• Providing quality personal care and assistance to residents in a long-term care setting.
• Assisting with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and meal assistance.
• Monitoring and recording vital signs, reporting any changes to the nursing staff.
• Ensuring a clean and safe environment for residents.
• Offering emotional support and companionship to residents.

Qualifications:

• Certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Wisconsin.
• A genuine passion for providing exceptional care to the elderly.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate nature.
• LTC experience is preferred.
