Our current client is seeking experienced CNAs for per diem positions in hospital settings throughout Minnesota.Job Description: We are seeking compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) with hospital experience to join our team on a per diem basis. As a CNA, you will provide essential care to patients under the supervision of nursing staff. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility.
- Monitoring and recording vital signs and reporting any changes in patients’ conditions to the nursing staff.
- Ensuring a clean and safe environment for patients.
- Providing emotional support and companionship to patients.
- Assisting with medical procedures as directed by nursing staff.
Education and Certification Requirements:
- 1+ year of acute care experience required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Active CNA certification in the state of Minnesota.
- Current CPR certification.
- Previous experience working in a hospital setting is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
