- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with hospital standards and policies.
Qualifications: * Active RN license in the state of New York.
- At least 1 year of recent experience in a Med-Surg or similar acute care setting.
- BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively during night shifts in a fast-paced environment.
