Pay: Up to $39.50/hrJob Description: As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents. Responsibilities include assisting residents with daily activities, monitoring vital signs, providing emotional support, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure the well-being of those in our care.Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a state-approved Certified Nursing Assistant program
- Current CNA certification in the state of California
- CPR/BLS certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living
- Monitor and report changes in residents’ health status
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to create and implement care plans
- Provide emotional support to residents and their families
- Maintain a clean and organized environment
