Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting patient assessments, developing individualized care plans, and implementing nursing interventions.
• Monitoring patients’ vital signs, telemetry readings, and overall health status.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
• Administering medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians.
• Educating patients and families about disease management, treatment options, and post-discharge care.

Education + Certification Requirements:To excel in this role, you should possess:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Active RN licensure in the state(s) of practice.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Medical Surgical/Telemetry nursing.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications.
