• Description:

Level 1 Trauma Center…13 weeks…9p-7:30a…Occasional weekends…On Call…8-24 hours/month…All RTO and scheduling requests MUST be included with submission, in the event that the traveler calls out during their assignment they will be required to make up the shift on an alternate day that week. Weekend call outs will result in alternate weekends being scheduled to make up the shift. If there is >3 call outs the traveler will be requested to add that time onto the end of their contract….
Primary Unit: Main OR…3+ Years of experience…Certifications Required: BLS, CNOR preferred…Scrub & Circulate required: Yes….primarily for Ortho/Neuro/Craniotomy…Patient Mix/Skill Requirements: Ortho trauma and spine…Neuro/ Craniotomy for tumors would be required (must scrub/circulate ortho/neuro)… Robotic surgery (Xi, SP )… Bariatrics: Gastric sleeves and gastric Bypasses laparoscopically and robotically…Laparoscopic and open belly cases both benign and oncologic for GYN and general surgery…Charting System: EPIC…First time travelers: Prefer travel experience….Hospital provided scrubs * COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline):Required + Booster – Medical/Religious Exemptions only * Flu Vaccine (Facility Guideline):Unknown
